8. Payment Timing

9. Delivery Time of Services/Products

• Service Provision: Available immediately after payment is completed (or available from the contract start date).
• Product Sales: Products will be shipped within 3 business days after payment confirmation.

10. Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

• Consulting & Research Services: In principle, refunds are not accepted after work has commenced.
• Travel Itinerary Design: A 50% fee will be charged for cancellations made after the initial draft has been submitted.
• Membership Fees: Prorated refunds (monthly or daily basis) will not be issued for mid-term cancellations.
