8. Payment Timing
- Before service provision (prepayment), or upon signing the contract.
9. Delivery Time of Services/Products
- Service Provision: Available immediately after payment is completed (or available from the contract start date).
- Product Sales: Products will be shipped within 3 business days after payment confirmation.
10. Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
- Consulting & Research Services: In principle, refunds are not accepted after work has commenced.
- Travel Itinerary Design: A 50% fee will be charged for cancellations made after the initial draft has been submitted.
- Membership Fees: Prorated refunds (monthly or daily basis) will not be issued for mid-term cancellations.
